We - the Energy Unit, specifically the Power, Process & Nuclear division have a requirement in our Bristol office for a design Civil/structural principal/senior engineer, ideally from a nuclear background. Job description: * Be responsible to the project director for the delivery and commercial success of a range of projects * Develop, maintain and build client relationships * Commercial tasks * Project delivery * Support business development activities including prospective client visits * Presentations and support bid preparation Candidate requirements: The ideal candidate will be a senior/principal engineer, preferably with a solid working background delivering civil/structural engineering projects as well as a recognised qualification in design civil/structural engineering, you will ideally be a chartered engineer who has experience working on multiple engineering projects. You will be able to demonstrate project management experience including design, project execution and delivery. They will have excellent communication and leadership skills. Candidates from a wide range of industries will be acceptable; nuclear, including power, heavy industry (e.g. steel), fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology. We will consider candidates who do not meet all the requirements however candidates must be eligible for UK security clearance - you must have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years.
